CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

General Provisions

The terms hereof shall constitute BEST PROGRESS LTD (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the services provided on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Any terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all memberships that have been, are, or will be indicated in the future on this website www.notforlearning.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), unless otherwise stated.
The needs of each client of the www.notforlearning.com service (hereinafter – “Service”) are individual. That is why it is a priority for us that each of our customers is satisfied with the service provided.
Please read the terms and conditions set out in this Policy before making a purchase on the Service so that you understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Membership and its renewal (including automatic)

Once Your initial membership plan (3-day or 7-day Trial Membership, hereinafter the “Initial membership”) comes to an end, for Your convenience, Your membership will automatically be renewed for 28 Days’ Membership. As explained in this Policy You cancel Your membership before the 3 days or 7 days are up depending on the chosen Type of Trial Service, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 69.49 EUR will be charged after 3 or 7 days, and subsequently as close as possible to this date each month. The link for cancellation of the membership will be sent in the first email. For example, if the first payment is due on January 31st, the next payment is due on February 3rd. Please note that You must cancel Your membership before it renews for a subsequent period (28 days of membership) in order to avoid next month Membership fee. The Membership fees are charged automatically and on a recurring basis until You cancel Your Membership. You can also cancel Your Membership at any time.
The discount rate may be applied on the current and upcoming campaigns. The prices are subject to offers, discounts and changes in favor of the customer may be applied at any time, You will be notified by email beforehand. Please note that we reserve the right to alter discount amount from 10% to 50% (usually varies individually), the exact percentage of discount is sent by email notification before the re-bill charge.

Cancellation

Trial Membership fee is 1.95 EUR for the first 3 days and 9.99 EUR for the first 7 days. Depending on which model of Trial Membership Fee you have chosen. – 3 Days Trial or 7 Days Trial, if You cancel Your membership before the 3 days are up or 7 days are up, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 69.49 EUR will be charged after 3 days or 7 days of your chosen type Trial Service, and subsequently as close as possible to this date each month. For example, if the first payment is due on January 31st, the next payment is either due on February 3rd or February 7th. Please note that You must cancel Your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid the next month Membership fee. The Membership fees are charged automatically and on a recurring basis until You cancel Your Membership. You can also cancel Your membership at any time. You will be charged in your local currency based on the exchange rate at the moment of your purchase - 1.95 EUR or 9.99 EUR for Trial Service and 69.49 EUR from the first day after the Trial Service period ends correspondingly.

Provision of information

The billing system used by the Site or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. We will issue refunds in our sole and absolute discretion. We also do not accept refunds based on individual sensitivities or intolerances. If You believe that You for some reason deserve a refund of a prior membership fee, please email us at support@notforlearning.com or give us a call +359 2 437 4062. All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership. Once we receive Your request, it will be reviewed and processed. All refunds are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00. In order to receive a refund, please contact our support on +359 2 437 4062, or email us at support@notforlearning.com.
We do not provide cash refunds; the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer by our authorized billing agent.
If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, only the most recent payment will be refunded. A refund for a recurring billing will result in an immediate cancellation of recurring service.

Refund

All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership.
Any refunds will pay in the same form as the original purchase to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase.
You may contact us to discuss a return using the information specified in the "Contact us" section of this Policy.

Applicable laws

Your claims for refund are processed in accordance with EU and Bulgarian consumer protection laws and under the conditions set out in this Policy. Under the EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria.
Your purchases of our memberships are protected according to the EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: (1) to cancel your service membership with us and (2) to get a refund for a paid membership that does not satisfy your interests and initial request.
We offer refunds in accordance with the EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria. The EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria and provide a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy electronic goods and services.
If the EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria apply, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the EU and Bulgarian Consumer Law, the EU and Consumer Laws of Bulgaria will prevail.
